Refund & Payment Policy

Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Making Sense LLC does not store your payment card information β all card data is handled directly by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
1-on-1 Coaching Packages
- One-Time Session ($175): Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
- Core Coaching β Monthly ($297/month): This is an ongoing month-to-month program with a recommended minimum commitment of 3 months for best results. You may cancel before any new billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Monarch Money subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
- All-In Package ($1,197 / 6 months): A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used. After the first session or after 7 days, no refunds are issued. The package is designed to be used within 6 months. Extensions beyond 6 months are available at the discretion of your coach and must be agreed upon in writing before the period ends.
Workshops
Workshop bookings are refundable in full up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future workshop or event. No-shows are non-refundable.
Digital Tools & Downloads
Due to the digital nature of our tools and downloadable resources, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it promptly.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
- Gift cards have no expiration date.
- Gift cards may be applied toward any coaching package or workshop.
- Lost or stolen gift card codes are not replaceable β please keep your code safe.
Corporate Programs
Refund and cancellation terms for corporate programs are outlined in your individual service agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact us for details.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@makingsenseconsult.com with your name, order details, and reason for the request. We process all eligible refunds within 5β10 business days to your original payment method.
